Q. What are your Shipping Rates?
A. For all Custom Motocross Graphics and other Vinyl Decals, the Flat Rate Shipping for US Customers is $15.00 and International Delivery is $40.00. We also offer Free Shipping of Decals/Graphics to US Customers on any order over $200.00. Additional Freight Charges may apply for Banner Displays depending on the display size and your location.
Q. What if I have a print-ready design, can FAMmx print them for me?
A. Of course! We offer printing services for Custom Decals, Custom Motocross Graphics and Banner & Stands. Click on the appropriate link, fill out the form and submit your artwork. Once we receive your artwork, we will send you a detailed proof with payment options.
Q. What if I want a full custom design, or want to customize something I see in the store?
A. You can request full custom designs for any of our products. You can also fully customize any of our pre-designed graphics as well. Simply navigate to the desired product and list the details of your request in the order form
Q. How much am I able to customize when ordering a product from FAMmx Design?
A. You can customize any product that we offer anyway that you want. The options are limitless. Please click here to see our Customization Guide.
Q. How do Proofs work?
A. We will not begin production until a proof is approved. When we receive your order, a member from our staff will email you a mockup of the design in 1-5 business days. When you receive the proof, you can request any changes that you want or you may approve the design for production. We will make as many revisions necessary until you are happy.
Q. I placed an order and have not received or I am having trouble viewing my confirmation email.
A. Make sure to check your junk mail and if you are using Outlook for you email provider, you may experience issues viewing your confirmation email. Don't worry though! Our staff has received your submission and will contact you as soon as possible with a copy of your order. If you are concerned that we did not receive your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Q. What is the Turnaround time on custom graphics?
A. Each order is different therefore the turnaround times can vary. Please allow 3-5 business days upon placing your order to receive a proof. As soon as a proof is approved, we will begin production and ship your graphics within 3-5 business days.
Q. Is my Credit Card information secure when ordering from FAMmx?
A. Yes. We don't store any credit card information and all orders are processed through PayPal. Click here for more information.
Q. What logo's can I use on my Graphics?
A. We have every logo in the industry on file and ready to place on your graphics. If you have a custom logo, you can upload it on the appropriate order form or email it to sales@fammx.com. For highest quality, we recommend Vector File Formats such as .eps or .ai.
Q. I don't see my bike listed, can I still order graphics for them?
A. Of course! Navigate to our Full Custom MX Graphics page, fill out the form and choose the option to order graphics for a bike that isn't listed.
